Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy outlines our procedures regarding refunds and replacements for our HyperEdit image transformation service. Due to the digital nature of our service, refunds are generally not provided, but we offer free replacements to ensure your satisfaction.

Due to the nature of our digital service, once an image transformation has been processed, we are unable to issue monetary refunds. When you purchase credits or process a transformation, the transaction is final.

Replacement Policy

If you are unhappy with a transformation result, we offer a replacement option under the following conditions:

  • Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original transformation.
  • Your request must include the specific Image ID for the image you're dissatisfied with.
  • The replacement transformation will be delivered to the email address registered to your account.
  • We allow one replacement request per transformation.

How to Request a Replacement

To request a replacement transformation:

  1. Send an email to contact@hyperedit.co with the subject line “Replacement Request”.
  2. Include the Image ID (found by clicking on the icon in the images page).
  3. Briefly explain why you're requesting a replacement.
  4. If applicable, provide any additional instructions for the new transformation.

Processing Time

While we strive to process replacement requests within 24 hours, please allow up to 7 days for your replacement to be processed and delivered. During high-volume periods, processing times may vary.

Exceptions and Failed Transformations

In cases where our service fails to deliver any transformation result due to technical issues on our end, we automatically refund the credits used for the transformation. Please note that no further action is required from you.
